OPERATIONS MANAGER

This is a flexible, fully-remote, contract role for a Senior Executive Assistant. This role would range from 5-10 hours a week.

This role supports and reports to the Owner & Creative Director of Tarleton and its clients, with some assistance to other members of the team.

The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support and administrative assistance, including ordering on behalf of clients, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries for the Tarleton On-Site Team and Tarleton clients; and compiling documents for internal and external meetings, filing and organizing Tarleton’s cloud database of documents and imagery, communicating with clients via email, assistance with vendor and client relations, implementing organizational systems and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of tasks and confidential matters with discretion.

Qualifications
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability with a mindset focused on solutions
- Emotional maturity
- Proficiency and comfortability in using Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
- At least 2 years of executive-level support experience required
- Experience with HNW/UHNW individuals required
- Experience in luxury markets or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Ability to work independently and remotely with flexible hours


This is a flexible, fully-remote contract role for an Operations Manager.

This role supports and reports to the Owner & Creative Director of Tarleton, and works in collaboration with other members of the team. This role would range from 10-20 hours a month.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for providing logistical support that is instrumental to the success of Tarleton’s productions. This role mostly comprises of maintaining order in the pre-event planning phases: creating and managing production and client-facing timelines, maintaining updates to floorplans and site plans, sourcing emergency and specialized personnel, maintaining notes and records from site visits and production meetings, communications with property and venue managers to ensure smooth build-outs, load-ins, event productions, and load-outs, assist with sourcing, ordering and scheduling the delivery of various event operations supplies or infrastructure, and create destination reports for On-Site Team’s reference. During events, the Operations Manager closely liaises (remotely) with the Tarleton Team’s Lead Event Manager, Venue Manager, Vendor Manager, and Transportation Manager to ensure a seamless production for the On-Site Team. As necessary, the Operations Manager will work with the Lead Event Manager in discussions with the Event Meteorologist for quickly evolving weather situations and help (again, remotely) with emergency weather implementations.

The ideal candidate will have expert organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented and precision-focused, demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills, be a born problem-solver and maintain a collected composure when faced with the need to adapt quickly. The Operations Manager will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times, and prioritize often concurrently-running deadlines.
